 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of Blind Box products (“Products”) from www.rigorer.sg (“Website”). By placing an order on our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

 𝟭. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• A Blind Box is a sealed package containing items that’s worth at least S$180.
• The contents are 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 and may differ from product images shown on the Website.
• Marketing images and illustrations on the Website and Instagram are for reference and promotional purposes only and do not indicate or guarantee that all items shown will be included in your purchase.
• By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺.

• All orders placed on the Website are subject to acceptance and availability.
• An order confirmation email will be sent once payment has been received. This email is not a guarantee of final acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., due to stock errors, payment issues, or fraudulent activity).
• Customers are strongly advised to refer to the size charts provided on the Website before making a purchase. Blind Box items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to sizing issues.

• Prices are listed in 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 (𝗦𝗚𝗗) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices include shipping fees, which will be displayed at checkout.
• We accept the payment methods specified on the Website. Full payment must be received before order processing.

 𝟰. 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆

• Items within Blind Boxes are distributed at random.
• 𝗡𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀, 𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 will be provided based on dissatisfaction with the specific item(s) received.
• Certain items may be rarer than others; purchasing multiple Blind Boxes does not guarantee a particular outcome.
• All Blind Box sales are final.

 𝟱. 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆

• We ship to the destinations listed on the Website. There will be no shipping fees.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the local courier services.
• We take responsibility for your order until it has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
• Once delivery has been confirmed by our courier partners, the risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to you.
• Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and check the contents promptly.

 𝟲. 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀

• All Blind Box purchases are final. We do not accept exchanges, cancellations, or refunds, regardless of the item(s) received.
• Packaging dents, scratches, or minor imperfections do not constitute a defect and are not eligible for return or refund.
• Refunds will only be considered if the Product arrives in a severely damaged or defective condition that affects the actual item(s) inside the Blind Box.
• Any claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and supporting photos..

 𝟳. 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆

• All content on www.rigorer.sg, including product images, logos, and trademarks, are the intellectual property of 𝟮𝟰 𝗛𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝘁𝗲 𝗟𝘁𝗱.
• Purchase of a Blind Box does not grant you any intellectual property rights.

 𝟴. 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆

• 𝟮𝟰 𝗛𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝘁𝗲 𝗟𝘁𝗱 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your purchase or use of Blind Boxes.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
