Refund policy

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order(s) upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, please refer to the Terms & Conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The return process must be initiated within 7 days after delivery of purchase and send us an email at hello@rigorer.sg with the Order number.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you the instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. You will have to send the items back to us at your cost unless the item is damaged or has defects.
  4. The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached.
  5. The product must be unused and unworn.
  6. For accessories, item(s) must be in full set and remain sealed if it comes in a sealed packaging.
  7. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  8. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If it’s approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or via the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Timeline for Refunds

Please note that the refunds will be subjected to the processing timeline of the bank / credit card company. Please allow at least 7 working days for the refund to be processed.


 Exchanges

We will replace the items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are also available for size and/or colour of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend you to return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the different product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, kindly send us an email at hello@rigorer.sg.

  

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

The following items are deemed Final sale and thus non-refundable and no exchange is allowed.

  2. Custom-made orders
  3. Gift Cards
